Full Refund — When We Miss Targets

If we fail to deliver the agreed follower count or campaign results within the specified timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us at contact@adsgroow.com with your order reference.

No Refund — Situations That Do Not Qualify

• Campaign results have been fully delivered as agreed
• The campaign was paused or cancelled at your request mid-way
• Your account was private, suspended, or restricted during the campaign
• You changed your username after campaign launch without notifying us

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@adsgroow.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order reference number. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
